Loyalty program regulations

§1. General provisions

The organizer of the "Reobrix Builders Club" loyalty program (hereinafter: "Program") is the online store available at reobrix.pl.
Company name: Farmline Sp. z o. o. based in Lubicz Górne at ul. Paderewskiego 3, 87-162 Lubicz Górny, Poland, NIP number: 8792647097, REGON number: 340874550.
The program is addressed only to registered customers of the reobrix.pl store who have an active user account.
The aim of the Program is to reward customers who make purchases by awarding them points that can be exchanged for discounts on subsequent orders.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge, as well as the rights and obligations arising from it (including accumulated points) are strictly related to the Customer's account, are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Joining the Program takes place automatically when you create an account in the store and make your first purchase or express your will to join the Club in the customer panel.
The points will be visible in the customer panel, in the Loyalty Program tab, after logging in.

§2. Rules for calculating points

Points are awarded for each completed and paid order in the reobrix.pl store.
The basic conversion rate is: PLN 1 spent on products = 1 point.
Points are calculated based on the gross value of purchased goods. Shipping costs and other additional services are not converted into points.
The system counts points only in integers. In the case of partial amounts, the number of points is rounded down to the nearest whole zloty (e.g. for a product worth PLN 99.90, the customer receives 99 points).
Points are transferred to the Customer's account and become active (available for use) automatically after the order status changes to "Completed".
The Organizer reserves the right to verify and correct the point balance in the event of detecting a technical error in the system that resulted in undue points being awarded in a manner inconsistent with the actual value of the order.

§3. Value of points and exchange for prizes

The Program adopts a fixed conversion rate for points, which is 10% of the refund of the purchase value. This means that the value of 1 point during exchange is PLN 0.10 (10 groszy).
The customer can exchange the accumulated points in the basket for: a) reducing the value of the current order (amount discount); b) total payment for the selected product (exchange of points for a product), e.g. to pay for a product worth PLN 150, the Customer must use 1,500 points. In the event of exchanging points for a product, the Customer is obliged to pay a symbolic amount of PLN 0.01 (1 grosz) for each product, due to fiscal and system requirements.
Points can only be used to purchase products that are not covered by another promotion, sale, discount code or price reduction.
Points cannot be used to cover shipping costs. The cost of delivery of the order (including prizes) is covered by the Customer, unless the value of the basket after calculating discounts still exceeds the free delivery threshold specified in the store's delivery price list.
Points accumulated in the Program and discounts obtained in exchange for points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other material equivalent outside the store's assortment. Points are not a means of payment or electronic money.
In the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs (B2B), any tax liability for obtaining income (discount or prize) rests with the Customer.

§4. Returns and points

In the event of withdrawal from the contract and return of goods for which points were previously accrued, the Organizer will deduct from the Customer's account the equivalent of points awarded for that specific product.
If the Customer managed to use the points before returning the goods (which would result in a negative points balance), the Organizer has the right to deduct the monetary equivalent of the points used from the refund amount due to the Customer.
In the event of returning goods paid for with points, the Customer will be refunded the points to his account and any additional cash payment will be transferred to his bank account.
In the event of a complaint resulting in the product being replaced with a new one or repaired, the Customer's point balance remains unchanged. If, as a result of a complaint, cash is returned (in whole or in part), the points are adjusted in proportion to the amount returned.

§5. Complaints procedure

The Participant may report any irregularities related to the calculation of points or the functioning of the Program by e-mail to zamowienia@reobrix.pl.
A complaint should include: the number of the order concerned, a short description of the problem and data identifying the Participant's account.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

§6. Final provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, informing the Participants at least 30 days in advance via e-mail or a message on the store's website.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations for important reasons, such as: a) change in legal provisions affecting the Program; b) technical changes in the operation of the store; c) economic optimization of the Program.
Customers will be informed about changes 14 days in advance by e-mail. The change does not affect acquired rights (points accumulated before the change retain their value according to the old regulations until they expire).
In the event of termination of the Program, Participants will have the right to use the accumulated points during the notice period. After this date, unused points will be canceled.
The administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer. The data is processed in accordance with the store's Privacy Policy in order to implement the Program (calculating discounts, account management).
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
